ClearApp (formerly Acsera) was founded in late 2002 by experienced Java industry entrepreneurs, based on the belief that the new generation of applications based on a distributed architecture (a la J2EE or .NET) require a new generation of application management software with order of magnitude improved capabilities in monitoring and understanding applications in real-time. The founders are applying their extensive experience in the J2EE and application performance space to building a product that understands these applications at a very granular level in a largely automated way.
