They have a very strong footprint in Statutory Consolidation and are considered among the worldwide leaders in this space. Its main product, Magnitude, is an integrated, web-enabled solution for financial consolidation and also offers reporting, performance management and forecasting capabilities. In addition to Statutory Consolidation, Cartesis also offers Management Reporting capabilities.

Its blue-chip customer list includes 90% of the French CAC 40, 30% of European FT100 and 19% of Fortune Global 100 companies.

Early 2004, Partech participated in the buyout of Cartesis from PricewaterhouseCoopers, which was forced to divest the subsidiary due to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Cartesis is well under way in terms of its restructuring efforts and thus aligning the overall organization and business along investors’ strategy/vision. A new and seasoned CEO has recently joined and the company is in the process of strengthening top management.
